FAQ

If the answer is not here, ask before you pay rather than after.

Do you sell eSIMs?

No. You bring the profile — your own activation code from your own carrier. We rent out the hardware that profile lives on and deliver the incoming messages.

Do you require a passport or verification?

No. Sign-up is by email and we require no KYC. You choose the carrier, and your relationship with it is yours.

How many profiles fit on one slot?

Exactly one is ever active — a limit of the eUICC chip, not a rule of ours. Further profiles sit in the cells of the adapter, and you can switch between them.

What if the profile will not install on your hardware?

Some carriers check the chip identifier against the device model and may refuse. That is the client's risk: we are infrastructure and cannot sway a carrier's decision. This is why we suggest starting with a week's rental.

How long are messages kept?

183 days — about six months — and then they are deleted automatically. You do not lose your history when a rental ends. A message can be hidden in your account, but hiding it does not take it out of the archive.

How do I pay?

In advance only, in cryptocurrency (USDT). There are no cards. At a zero balance messages keep arriving and are still stored, but they are not shown until the balance is topped up.

Can I send SMS or make calls?

No. We receive incoming messages. Outgoing messages and voice are not available to clients.

What happens to my profile once the rental ends?

It is not wiped straight away: for 3 days the slot is not sold and the profile stays on the chip. In that window you can extend the rental, ask your carrier to reissue the QR, or buy the adapter.

Retention periods are set out in full in the data policy; rental conditions, in the terms.
